My journey has taken me from scrappy startups to steering a corporation of 5,000+, and through it all, one truth stuck—great work comes from great relationships. That’s the heartbeat of Agory: we don’t just ship projects, we build trust, clarity, and solutions that actually move the needle.

I take my role seriously, but not myself. Whether it’s a client workshop, a team brainstorm, or a quick chat over coffee, I bring sincerity and care into the room. Because culture isn’t a poster on the wall—it’s how you make people feel every single day.

When I’m not running the show, you’ll find me chasing down the world’s best food and wine. I’ve got a soft spot for big Italian reds—Barolos, Brunellos, anything Piedmont or Tuscany—and an endless curiosity for what’s on the plate next.
